A warm and touching family story about bonds that are impossible to break. Told through the eyes of a young talented YouTuber, "Black Sheep" touches upon many well-known topics: growing up, becoming a responsible parent, the challenges of finding yourself in a completely new life situation, choosing between career and loved ones, and most importantly, navigating through problems for the sake of your family.

Magda (Magdalena Popławska) and Arek (Arkadiusz Jakubik) have been married for 25 years. She is a catholic high school teacher pretending to be happy. He has been without a job for a long time. They live with their son Tomek (Kamil Szeptycki), who is in a relationship with his girlfriend Asia (Agata Różycka), and a sick grandfather (Włodzimierz Press). It seems everything is fine with this typical family. However, when you look closer… The trouble starts when Magda, tired of living a secret life, decides to follow her heart and separates from Arek. Around the same time Asia, tired of putting up with crazy ideas of her self-centred boyfriend, breaks up with Tomek. Then the grandfather disappears. When troubles, conflicts, and desires that have been repressed for many years finally explode, everybody starts to live their own life. Or so they think.

"Everything played perfectly here - flawless acting, dialogues, story.
Life as we know it - there are no good and bad characters, everyone makes mistakes, but each hero wins our heart.
A very enjoyable cinematic time."
 — Movieway

"A very warm and touching comedy-drama about family ties that must be fought for at all costs and cannot be allowed to be broken. A timeless topic, and thanks to the great acting of Arkadiusz Jakubik, I believe that this production will stay with us for longer." — NaEkranie
