FESTIVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The 2020 PFF Sydney is organised with a Covid Safety Plan in place and appropriate measures are taken to ensure the Festival is as safe as possible.

  • Due to unusual circumstances caused by COVID-19 and government regulations we have to follow, we ask for your understanding. Not everything will be organised in the same manner as last year and some further changes may have to be introduced without prior notice.

  • Seats are limited this year in line with government regulations and sessions may sell out quickly. Purchase your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Please make your selection carefully. Tickets are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

  • All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the legal requirements of holding the festival as set by the Classification Board.

  • Dates, times and program are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered due to unforeseen or new circumstances. We reluctantly reserve the right to change program without notice, cancel selected screenings or the whole event. In case of cancellation tickets will be refunded.

  • Occupancy limits and social distancing will apply in every auditorium and throughout the foyer areas of the venue to follow requirements introduced by NSW government.

  • Frequent sanitizing of surfaces will take place. Hand sanitizers will be available in the bar and foyer areas for patrons and guests.

  • An attendance register with contact details will be maintained. This information will be safely stored and accessed only if required for COVID-19 contact tracing purposes.

  • Photography and video recording may take place in connection with the promotional activities of the Festival. By your presence at the screenings, you acknowledge that you have been informed and that you grant your permission to use your likeness without compensation or credit for the purpose of promoting the Festival.
