Thank You, Thank You, Thank YOU!

Dear Polish Film Festival in Perth audience!

With the Sunday screening of 2015 film “Life Must Go On”, the 2nd Polish Film Festival in Perth has come to a close. We would like to thank our patrons for your attendance, creating a wonderful festival atmosphere and for your kind words about the programme and 2016 Festival in general!

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of the event here in Australia and in Poland, including the Festival team of volunteers, individual supporters, key partners and sponsors.

The 2016 event was brought to you with the support of the Polish Film Institute, PRL Studio, ITVN, Summit Projects, Go Print, Consulate General of Republic of Poland in Sydney, CL Projects and Landmark Residential.  The prizes for giveaways were provided by the Rendezvous Hotel in PerthOllas Soy CandlesOrganique and Arbonne. Food for the Opening night was prepared with the help of local businesses Ludwik and Son and Rossmoyne Family Meats.

We would also like to thank filmmakers, actors, producers and distributors for their help in bringing the films to Perth and promoting them to the Western Australian audience, as well as Cinema Paradiso staff for their help with holding the event at the venue.

Our final thank you goes to wonderful photography support from Kasia Mazurkiewicz and Anne Marie Lopez and videography by Jacob Brinkworth. Images from the closing night of the Festival and other screenings are now available on our website.

We hope you enjoyed the 2016 Festival and we do encourage you to share your thoughts about the event in our post-Festival survey. Not only will it help us evaluate the 2016 event but also gives you a chance of winning great prizes.

We are still taking expressions of interest for additional on-demand sessions in Perth - if you or your friends missed any films or want to see them again, please let us know via the form on this page

We hope to see you again next year!
